Refund Policy

All sales of digital products on Good by Amy are final. Because of the instant-access nature of downloadable files, refunds cannot be issued once a purchase has been made and the file has been delivered.

Why all sales are final

Good by Amy sells digital products including PDF guides, ebooks, workbooks, and digital downloads. Once a purchase is completed, the file is immediately accessible and cannot be "returned" in the way a physical product can. For this reason, all purchases are non-refundable.

Before purchasing, please read each product description carefully to make sure it is the right fit for you. If you have questions about a product before buying, you are welcome to reach out at [email protected] and I will do my best to help you decide.


Exceptions

While refunds are not offered, there are two situations where I am happy to help:

Duplicate purchase. If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, please contact me within 7 days and I will refund the duplicate charge.

File not delivered. If you completed your purchase and did not receive your download link or confirmation email, please check your spam folder first. If the file is still missing, contact me and I will resolve it promptly.


Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed with your bank or card provider before reaching out to me directly, I reserve the right to contest the dispute using purchase records and delivery confirmation. I would always prefer to resolve any issue directly — please contact me first.
